Mike Connolly
Mike grew up in downstate New York and spent 15 years living in and around DC. He first visited the valley to ski with friends in 1989 and returned a few times before his career took him to London for a few years in the mid-1990s.
Mike returned to Vail to live permanently in 1998. After a one-year stint in the corporate finance group at Vail Resorts, Mike jumped into the hospitality world and has been an integral part of the lodging environment in Vail and Beaver Creek ever since.
Until December 2023 Mike was the general manager of Triumph Mountain Properties, a valley-based property management and vacation rental company specializing in high-end homes and condos in both Vail and Beaver Creek
He brings his knowledge and connections to the team to help us assist our clients with travel plans to the valley. In addition to his deep knowledge of vacation rentals, Mike is a certified travel advisor with Fora Travel which allows him to also facilitate stays at the finest hotel properties in the valley.
Mike still enjoys mountain living, skiing in the winter, and road biking, hiking and enjoying the outdoor music scene in the summer. He raised two kids here who are both living in big cities now (Denver and Chicago), charting their own courses and coming back to visit from time to time.
