Quinn Whitman
Born in New York City and raised in London, Quinn has always turned to the Vail Valley as a counterbalance to fast-paced city life. A lifelong part-time resident before making the move full-time, he grew up captivated by the evolution of the community and the lifestyle that defines it.
Quinn joined LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in 2021, quickly becoming a key contributor on the marketing side of the business. He led initiatives across Colorado’s resort offices in Vail, Breckenridge, Winter Park, Crested Butte, and Telluride, and most notably served as the in-region marketing lead for the Vail Valley during LIV SIR’s record-breaking 2024, when local agents surpassed $1 billion in sales for the first time. In total, his efforts supported over $2.2 billion in resort-region sales volume that year.
Building on that foundation, Quinn transitioned into brokerage in 2025, joining Dana Dennis Gumber’s team to help clients achieve their real estate goals in the Vail Valley. A graduate of Wake Forest University with honors degrees in economics and art history, Quinn brings analytical rigor, creative perspective, and sharp market insight to his work.
Outside of real estate, Quinn embraces the mountain lifestyle—whether skiing, trail running, attending concerts, or walking his two dogs. For him, the Vail Valley isn’t just a place to sell—it’s a way of life, and he feels fortunate to live it every day.
