Avon at Base of Beaver Creek

Avon is a “big” small mountain town as its population varies greatly from season to season. Comprised of multiple family housing complexes, townhomes, modest duplexes and a few resort residences these residences have access to Beaver Creek Mountain from the Westin at Beaver Creek’s chair lift.

Mountain Star

An exclusive south facing gated community resting high above the Town of Avon offering unapparelled views of Beaver Creek Resort, the Gore and Sawatch Mountain Ranges. This exceptional community is a sanctuary for those looking for a peaceful getaway. Minutes from Avon, Beaver Creek and Vail that offer all the town and resort amenities. This prestigious neighborhood is comprised of large luxury mountain homes.

Wildridge

Across the way from Mountain Star is the neighborhood of Wildridge and Wildwood. Wildridge offers miles of hiking and biking trails, access to open space and amazing views of wildlife. Known to be more of a local’s neighborhood they also boast a fantastic view overlooking Beaver Creek, the Gore and Sawatch Mountain Ranges. Residences are more modest with few single-family homes and more duplexes and townhomes.

EagleVail

“Live. Play. Relax. Enjoy.” A real local’s community this neighborhood sits on the valley floor in between Vail and Avon/Beaver Creek. Homeowners can take advantage of the public EagleVail golf course and Willow Creek Par 3, swimming pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, community center and community garden. Several hiking and biking trails connect this neighborhood to Beaver Creek. Modest living, most residences in this community are duplexes with a few townhomes and condominium complexes with few single-family homes.
