The Town of Avon, nestled along the scenic Eagle River, is known as the “Heart of the Valley” and serves as a gateway to Beaver Creek Resort. Avon is a “big” small mountain town as its population varies greatly from season to season. Comprised of multiple family housing complexes, townhomes, modest duplexes and a few resort residences these residences have access to Beaver Creek Mountain from the Westin at Beaver Creek’s chair lift.

Residences are more modest with few single-family homes and more duplexes and townhomes.

EagleVail

“Live. Play. Relax. Enjoy.” A real local’s community this neighborhood sits on the valley floor in between Vail and Avon/Beaver Creek. Homeowners can take advantage of the public EagleVail golf course and Willow Creek Par 3, swimming pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, community center and community garden. Several hiking and biking trails connect this neighborhood to Beaver Creek. Modest living, most residences in this community are duplexes with a few townhomes and condominium complexes with few single-family homes.
