Welcome to Gypsum


Situation along the Eagle River, 35 minutes west of Vail and six (6) minutes from Eagle Regional Airport, is the Town of Gypsum. A real locals community built on first names and handshakes. Gypsum has 18 parks throughout the community that covers more than 24 acres, as well as a 57,000 sqft recreation center and skate park. Vail Valley residents and visitors enjoy the conveniences of Costco and large home good stores in the area.

There are over 96 acres of open space available for hiking, biking, and fishing. Sylvan Lake State Park is just southeast of Gypsum where you will find families picnicking and enjoying the outdoors. Gypsum is comprised of a mix of single – family homes with multi – family homes. 



Gypsum Creek Club (Cotton Ranch)​​​​


Located on the valley floor Cotton Ranch is a golf course community on the western end of the Vail Valley. Being lower in elevation, Cotton Ranch enjoys longer summers. Large single – family homes make up much of the real estate in this community.
