Vail

Vail is a leading resort community, but still retains its small town ambiance that immediately makes you feel at home.

Welcome to Vail

Eight and a Half Miles of Paradise

The Town of Vail is centered around the world-renowned Vail Mountain and encompasses the communities of East Vail, Vail Village, Lionshead and West Vail. Vail Village, at the heart of the Town of Vail, is modeled after a traditional Bavarian village with an old-world charm including cobblestone streets and covered bridges. Within Vail Village, one will find a variety of real estate, heated streets, and world-class restaurants and shops.Vail Mountain is one of the top skiing destinations in the world, with over one million skiers each winter season who flock to the famous back bowls and over 350 inches of snow.

The summer season offers golf, mountain biking, fishing, rafting and cultural festivals that include the Bravo! Vail Music Festival and the Vail International Dance Festival.

Real estate investment is popular due to the Town of Vail’s close proximity to other destinations. Just 100 miles west of Denver, the Vail community is easily accessible by Interstate 70 and the Eagle County Regional Airport, 35 miles to the West in Gypsum.

Vail has the largest free transportation system in the nation and more open space than any other resort community in the United States. Gore Creek, which runs through the community is one of only 11 Gold Medal fishing streams in the state.

Vail is a leading resort community, but still retains its small town ambiance that immediately makes you feel at home.
